I offer comprehensive Autism & ADHD evaluations for children, teens, and adults—from 18 months through adulthood.
For Parent Training/Coaching, I primarily work with families of toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children (typically ages 18 months to 10 years). In some cases, I may also work with families of older children, depending on their individual situation and needs. If you're unsure whether your child is a good fit for services, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help guide you in the right direction.

Research consistently shows that parent training and parent coaching are among the most effective interventions for supporting children with autism and ADHD. These evidence-based approaches can help:
Reduce disruptive behaviors and anxiety symptoms
Increase positive, prosocial behaviors
Teach important developmental, communication, and self-regulation skills
Strengthen the parent-child relationship
While I enjoy working directly with children, I believe parents are the most powerful agents of change. You know your child better than anyone else, and you have countless opportunities each day to support their growth. My goal is to provide you with practical, evidence-based strategies that fit your family's unique needs so you can confidently support your child at home and in everyday life.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or email me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will be charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens—kids get sick, schedules shift, and unexpected things come up. While I aim to be flexible and understanding, consistency and follow-through are key to making progress in therapy. Whenever possible, I’ll work with you to find another time that works. If coming in person becomes difficult, I’m always happy to switch your in-person session to telehealth so you don’t have to miss out. Schedule a free consult call to learn more.
